- No issues with overdue debts (Tiresias)
- Satisfactory gross profit margins in relation to the frequency of its trade cycle
Growth Capital
Financing Prerequisites
- Legal Entity: S.A., Ltd. or PC
- Investment plan with a total budget of at least € 1m euros must be put into place
- Mixture of collateral with long-term (real estate, equipment, etc.) and short-term (commercial requirements, etc.) characteristics
- Satisfactory cash flows over 2-5 years that ensure its viability, through investment and collateral
- Tax and insurance settled
- No issues with overdue debts (Tiresias)
