CNL AIFM is an independent Management Company of Alternative Investment Organizations based in Athens, which manages the first Venture Capital Company (EKES) in Greece, CNL CAPITAL EKES – DOEE, which was founded in 2014 and listed its shares on the Athens Stock Exchange in July 2018.

CNL AIFM is licensed and supervised by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission with license number EΚ: 81/806 / 16-1-2018 and is governed by a five-member Board of Directors, whose members are distinguished by their many years of experience in the financial sector, their ethics and integrity.

CNL AIFM provides all those services related to the selection and management of CNL CAPITAL EKES – AIFM’s investments, risk management arising from its portfolio as well as broader executive services. The aim of the Administrator is the consistent and complete provision of a high level of services to CNL CAPITAL EKES – AIFM, as well as value creation to its shareholders.
